The buffet was invariably poor & always cold, the dishes unlabelled and jars of jams etc and salad dressings looked messy, dirty and unappetisingly.
We booked through ‘ ’ paying a total £7074 plus £200 foreign exchange and 200 BD - just to stay in this all inclusive hotel,our BA flights were separate. Unfortunately NO HOT WATER to wash them with and, !despite multiple complaints this remained the case for whole 5 days! Not even tepid water.
